Resident Ambassadors help create connections, offer encouragement, and provide the kind of peer-to-peer support that can make a new resident feel welcome from day one. Creating a Personalized Welcome

A successful move-in experience begins with a warm welcome from both team members and residents. At The Castlewood, that welcome feels personal. New residents are introduced to neighbors with similar interests, invited to the monthly new resident lunch, and checked on daily to see how they are feeling as they settle in.

The new resident lunch is an important part of that experience. It gives residents the chance to learn helpful information, get set up with the Arrow App, and begin understanding the daily rhythm of the community. It also creates a natural space for connection, conversation, and friendship.

Resident Ambassadors help make this welcome feel thoughtful and complete. They share practical information, from when to put trash out to which activities are favorite resident choices. They help answer the everyday questions that can make a new home feel easier to navigate.

Bridging the Gap Between New and Home

Some of the most meaningful gestures are simple, personal, and full of heart. One ambassador creates handwritten invitations to the new resident lunch. Another arrives with a folder in hand, ready to answer almost any question a new resident may have.
