Each August, The Castlewood participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time when staff can be open and honest about their feedback. A third party collects the data, so it truly is anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.
